This website is not transactional for 2016, therefore, we invite you to visit one of our retailers to acquire our new products. If there is no retailer located near you or if you don’t find your product, contact us by email or by phone to place your order.

Accepting an order
Reception of your order either by email or by phone does not mean that the order has been confirmed. SHOLA INC. may refuse at any time to deal with a client. To complete an order, SHOLA INC. reserves the rights to verify personal information and/or credit payment information before proceeding. The order will be confirmed by email or by phone after the required information is verified. We will kindly ask you to approve the total amount before shipping.
SHOLA INC. cannot be held responsible for retailers’ inventories. For direct orders by email or by phone, SHOLA INC. reserves the right to adjust the delivery time if the product is not available at the time of the order. You will always be notified, according to your order method, and we will proceed after your agreement.
Description of products
SHOLA INC. does everything in its power to ensure the best accuracy on this website. We do not guarantee that the description of products or any other content on our website are exact, complete, up to date or exempt of errors. If a product is not conforming to its description, you may return it to us in its original packaging with a copy of you receipt.
Please note that pictures of natural or dyed fur products are indicative only. Hues of colours, marking and length of the fur differ from one hide to the other.
Price and taxes
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Taxes and delivery fees are extra. SHOLA INC. reserves the right to modify the prices without prior notice.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery address. Quebec residents must pay GST and QST related fees. For other Canadian Provinces, only GST may apply. No applicable taxes outside Canada.
Method of payment
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card. The customer must pay the total cost as well as all related fees to the purchased good, including taxes. SHOLA INC. may modify the price after notifying the client. The customer is the only responsible for the executive payment of the purchased product.
Costs and delivery time
Delivery costs are calculated according to the recipient’s postal code, the exact weight of the parcel and the selected delivery option. They will be indicated in your order summary before the final confirmation. The delivery time vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery option. Please, note that you will receive delivery confirmation email when SHOLA INC. will send your order. This email will provide you with an identification code allowing you to track your parcel on canadapost.ca. Additional time may apply if an item is backordered. However, you will be notified if this is the case.
Delivery outside Canada
For all products delivered outside Canada, The customer is responsible for fees that may be assessed on shipment by customs and exportation.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchange the items within ten days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
All shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
In case of refund of the items, we will refund only the total amount of the product upon reception and after validating the condition of the products.
Please, note that custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items returned due to an imperfection or to exchange for another size
In both cases, SHOLA INC. will assume carrier fees and risks, under the condition that we are notified and that we preauthorized the return by phone. You must contact us at 418 253-6968. We will gladly inform you on the return policies. In that case, product must not have been used and be sent in its original packaging.
Returning an item for other reason or beyond the ten-day limit
For any other reason or a delay over ten days, you must have your request validated by a member of our customer service by calling 418 253-6968. You will receive a confirmation number that will allow us to evaluate your request and give you a follow up. Depending on the issue, additional fees may apply.
When returning an item, you must include the original sales receipt and an explanatory note. Upon reception of the returned item, any amount charged on your credit card will be credited as soon as possible, except delivery fees (except for issues regarding the warranty and an exchange for size), and provided that the returned items are in their original condition.
